Meet Kayla - Your Social Media Manager & SEO Strategist

Hey, I’m Kayla - founder of Coffee & Clarity Co., social media manager, SEO strategist, homeschool mama… and someone who’s been right where you are.

For nearly a decade, I ran my own women’s boutique - building it from the ground up with grit, coffee, and sheer determination. Spending those years building other women up and creating a community where everyone felt welcome. I taught myself everything: designing graphics, writing emails, building the website, scheduling posts, connecting with customers, managing orders, shipping, answering DMs - all of it. It wasn’t just a job. It was my dream. But doing it all alone eventually caught up with me..

In 2022, after years of running full speed ahead, I hit a wall. I searched everywhere for help - someone who could understand my vision, step into my brand, and take some of the weight off without letting the heart fall out of my business. But I couldn’t find them. My business wasn’t just a paycheck - it was personal. And I needed someone who saw that.

I ended up closing my shop. It was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made - but it gave me space to heal, reconnect with my family, and remember why I started in the first place. I needed to be present with my kids. I needed time. And I needed clarity.

By the end of 2024, My heart started pulling me in a different direction. I wanted to help people in a different way now. I've always been a supporter of small businesses, But this time, I wanted to step in and be the person who could lift that weight - without letting the heart fall out of their business.

In 2025, I finally stepped back in - with a new mission. I founded Coffee & Clarity Co. because I wanted to become the person I needed during those hard years. Someone who not only understands strategy, SEO, and content - but who puts their heart into it.

Now, I get to work from home, homeschool two of my amazing kids, and pour everything I’ve learned into helping others build something sustainable, aligned, and wildly impactful.

I don’t take on projects I don’t believe in - and when I’m in, I’m all in. I treat your business like it’s mine, because I know how personal it really is.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me, painting, reading, spending time with friends and family, sipping a strong iced coffee, or dreaming up big things from my cozy, creative home office.
